Key Responsibilities:
Managing customer and franchise accounts
Recognizing revenue and recording and tracking collections
Issuing and reviewing invoices and credit/debit notes
Performing periodic reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
Tracking receivables and preparing aging reports
Reviewing franchise contracts and matching their fees
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 3 years of experience in accounting, particularly in accounts receivable and revenue
Familiarity with VAT regulations
Experience in retail, fuel, or franchise sectors preferred
Required Skills:
Proficiency in journal entries and bank reconciliations
Familiarity with IFRS standards
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
Experience handling franchise contracts and multiple branches
Effective communication and proactive problem-solving
