Key Responsibilities:
Recording daily banking transactions in the system
Reviewing bank accounts, statements, balances, and liquidity
Tracking POS devices and their transfers between stations
Following up on achieving financial targets with the Operations department
Ensuring electronic payment documents are complete and uploaded to the bank
Preparing payment orders
Preparing bank reconciliations
Recording transactions not yet entered in the system
Preparing the payroll file
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
At least 3 years of experience in accounting, particularly in banking and treasury
Experience in retail, fuel, or multi-branch sectors preferred
Experience managing multiple bank accounts and preparing bank reconciliations preferred
Required Skills:
Good knowledge of the accounting cycle with an understanding of cash and bank accounting
Priority management and strong analytical skills
Ability to handle a high volume of daily payments
Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
Effective communication and proactive problem-solving
