Petrogen Announces a Full-Time Human Resources Management Opportunity Based at the company's headquarters in Riyadh – Ishbiliyah District
Petrogen is seeking a qualified professional to lead its Human Resources function, undertaking the following responsibilities:
Institutionalizing and governing the HR system and overseeing its implementation in line with best practices
Managing recruitment operations, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
Managing personnel affairs, including employee files, payroll, leave, and related matters
Managing employee relations and supporting performance and growth
Building and implementing training and professional development plans and programs
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations as well as the company's internal policies
Contributing to building a strong corporate culture and a positive work environment
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Master's degree preferred
No less than 5 years of experience in Human Resources, including at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position
Excellent knowledge of Saudi labor and residency (Iqama) laws and regulations
Leadership skills in negotiation, decision-making, change management, and overcoming challenges
Technical skills in HR systems and ERPs
Effective communication skills in both Arabic and English
A professional HR certification is preferred
